Scientists

WCRP brings together scientists from around the world to formulate new research agendas and to leverage scientific know-how between researchers, across disciplines and between developed and less developed countries.  The WCRP invites and encourages individual scientists to inform WCRP of their ongoing research and to suggest ways to integrate local, regional, and international initiatives.

Policy-makers

Policy-makers require the latest climate research information in order to make the best-informed decisions for their constituents. Information end-users

The aim of the WCRP Strategic Framework 2005-2015 is to facilitate analysis and prediction of Earth system variability and change for use in an increasing range of practical applications of direct relevance, benefit, and value to society.
